nearly 20 years of experience in the
broadband and telecommunications industry
Lindsay has extensive experience advising units of government and private-sector entities on connectivity strategies and partnership development. Her former leadership roles include serving as the Executive Director of Connect Ohio, Partner at Ice Miller LLP, President of Lit Consulting, and Chief Business Officer of Lit Fiber.
Whether advising a rural township on strategy or helping a city navigate network access, Lindsay brings a rare blend of legal acumen, policy fluency, and genuine passion for bridging the digital divide.
